Bryan Bickle is the owner, operator and founder Performance Water. Bryan has been in the water business since 1992 when he started working for Texaco doing plumbing and mechanical work and then incorporated water treatment for self-service car washes.

Working on these self-service car washes sparked Bryan’s interest in water treatment and he left Texaco to work for various water companies such as Hinkley and Schmitt and Pure -Tec. Bryan eventually accepted a position with North Valley Rayne in 2002. During his time at Rayne, Bryan took extensive manufacture course training on fleck, Pentair, Autotrol and he is also certified in Wirsbo.

Bryan worked for Rayne as a service manager for nine years where he serviced all major brands on reverse osmosis and water softening. He also helped hire and train new technicians. With the retirement of the owners of North Valley Rayne, Bryan took his years of experience and his skills and opened his company, Performance Water.

Bryan's goal and mission is to provide exceptional service for generations to come.
