The Nelsen "C-Series" 1" electronic valves was designed with the water treatment professional in mind and incorporates features that were a direct result of feedback from customers. The valves are manufactured from composite plastics and are designed to provide high flow rates, up to 277 gpm over a wide range of applications. The "C-Series" valve also features state-of-the-art electronics and programming software.
Softeners include Nelsen "C-Series" electronic meter or time clock valve, 3/4" tube adapters (1" on 80,000 grain systems and above), polyglass mineral tank, charcoal 15" x 17" x36" brine tank with air check and standard mesh resin. |

Nelsen Scale Prevention Systems features Filtersorb SP filter media to first remove the already existing scale from pipes and heat exchanger surfaces (descaling effect) and further to protect the system from future formation of scale (scale protection effect).
Filtersorb SP is based on a completely new technology. In this process the chemical structure of scale forming minerals is changed. This technology is so effective that it requires a contact time of only seconds.
Included in 8", 9", and 10" systems - Filtersorb SP Filter Media, Enpress Mineral tank featuring the Vortech bottom distribution plate, "C" Series in/out head, "C-Series" Bypass, 1" NPT PVC-plumbing adapters, 1" x 10" Big Blue" housing with GAC pre-filter with mounting bracket.
12" and 13" systems include a 20" "Big Blue" housing and GAC Pre-Filter in lieu of 10" housing and filter. |
